I've looked around everwhere already, unless i missed it in game, I wanta script that alows to change formations inside the battle screen, that way none active party members can join half way though the battle. can someone help me please?

So you want to be able to change the party... but not have active party members be able to join?

I don't understand but you might want to try Yanfly's party script, and party command:

What i am looking for is a way to use the Formation's command in the main menu during a battle, so you can example:

swap a party member who is almost dead out for someone who has full HP. or if one of your members is week against a boss but one you left in reserves is stronger.

i just find it strange that you can not swap around party members in battle, isn't that the point of haveing 5 or more?

Well, Yanfly's scripts together does all that.
It makes the formations window neater and tidier, and then
it can then be a command in between "fight" and "escape" to change your party.
