i am looking for very good pokemon sprites and it seems there is no good ones :(. but if you find some that fit rpgmaker vx ace please give me a message with a link to the tiles. please dont give me links to stuff that i have to down load. that is all i ask :D.i want just the tall grass, normal grass,paths,trees and cliffs that you use as a short cut for example:your walking to a town and you enter and you want to exit but not go through the grass patch's so you use the one-way cliffs.

As far as I'm aware there are none.  You can, however, make your own.  You'll probably have to resize them to fit Ace's dimensions as well.

Tiles are 32x32.  I can't remember the size of the actual tileset (I'm at work, not at home), but you can grab those sizes by looking at the default ones.

 

I'm pretty sure you can use XP tilesets as well, but you have to set them up to fit the VXA settings.  XP allows you to have one huge set, whereas VXA only allows a certain size...and then you have a bunch of A sets for auto tiles and what not.

yeah an annoying problem i will never understand why EB took that away lol. i did end up finding an A2 tileset for pokemon lol.

Yeah a properly set pixel movement script is advised. Even jist a 16x16 movement type. I know many are 4x4.

I have a bunch of tilesets that are pokemon in style. But we don't allow rips and I'm not sure if these are ripped. I'm old and only played RGB and the N64 stuff as a kid. Then I found jade cocoon and couldnt go back.

I'll see if i can't zip the sets and pm them.

ok that would be cool, im not making a pokemon game just wanted the resources to have more mapping options and i thought having pokemon  world stuff in my game would be pretty cool.

I use the rtp and ceci's tiles and my mapping is done very similar to pokemon games.  :}

its not the set up im wanting its the buildings and bushes and over all pokemon look, i'm making a game where eventually you start running into seemingly other worlds. or something like that, i have an idea and its been a while since i worked on it so some of my ideas have to  be remembered lol. my stuid laptops backlight went out so im having to work on my stuff on my brother in laws comp lol.
